To provide Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) Specimen Collection Services, ensuring compliance with Department of Air Force Manual (DAFMAN), Department of Defense Instructions (DoDI), and other relevant guidelines and regulations.

• Provide personnel, equipment, tools, and materials for DDRP Specimen Collection Services.

• Services include providing one (1) Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager (WDDRPM), one (1) Adjunct Drug Testing Program Administrative Manager (DTPAM), and three (3) DTPAMs per scheduled testing day.

• Tasks involve specimen collection, packaging, and shipping to the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA) laboratories.

• Ensure adherence to established DDRP testing procedures, including chain of custody.

• The contractor shall meet all deadlines outlined in the PWS, with 95% of deadlines met quarterly.
