Scope of Work
This opportunity involves comprehensive drydocking, maintenance, and repair services. Key tasks include:
- Structural analysis, including 3D laser scanning, hull plating inspections, and preservation.
- Cleaning and inspection of various tanks (dirty oil, oily water, fuel, grey water, sewage).
- Preservation of decks, superstructure, mast, and hull.
- Renewal of propulsion shafts, propellers, rudder assemblies, and bearings.
- Maintenance of sea water systems and HVAC systems.
- Electrical system thermographic inspection and replacement of the Intrusion Detection System and Fire Alarm Control Panel.
- Modification of HVAC 2-stage intake separator and cleaning/flushing of grey water/sewage piping.
- Renewal of cathodic protection/zinc anodes.
- Drydocking procedures, including blocking and alignment, and sea trial performance support. Adherence to numerous SFLC Standard Specifications and Coast Guard Drawings is required. The contractor's facility must be accessible from a navigable waterway with a minimum 12-foot water depth and 55-foot height clearance.
