  • Electrical system thermographic inspection and replacement of the Intrusion Detection System and Fire Alarm Control Panel.
  • Modification of HVAC 2-stage intake separator and cleaning/flushing of grey water/sewage piping.
  • Renewal of cathodic protection/zinc anodes.
  • Drydocking procedures, including blocking and alignment, and sea trial performance support. Adherence to numerous SFLC Standard Specifications and Coast Guard Drawings is required. The contractor's facility must be accessible from a navigable waterway with a minimum 12-foot water depth and 55-foot height clearance.
