Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To construct the Dry Swale 3 stormwater management facility within the Elk Pasture area on the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) installation to provide sediment and nutrient removal for stormwater runoff, ensuring compliance with Virginia DEQ and EPA watershed implementation plans.
