Eligibility & Evaluation
Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Contractors must own, possess, or control a bona fide place of business within 125 miles of Defense Supply Center Richmond. Required qualifications include a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in similar projects (e.g., stormwater management facilities, earthwork, grading, underground utilities, reinforced concrete), familiarity with Virginia DEQ, DoD, and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) standards, OSHA-certified personnel, and valid insurance. Verifiable references from at least three similar projects are required.
