Scope of Work

Performance Standards & Requirements
Services must meet contract standards by 6:00 a.m. on weekdays, and daily for Visitor Areas between Memorial Day and Labor Day. A Quality Control Program (QCP) is required, and performance will be evaluated against a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) with Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) of 95% for Visitor Areas and Powerhouse Control Room, and 85% for all other areas. Special requirements include compliance with EM 385-1-1 safety standards, proper waste disposal, DoD/Army security training, background checks, and E-Verify for personnel. Contractors must provide specific consumables and cleaning chemicals meeting USDA BioPreferred standards, with recycled materials for paper products.
