Key Amendments & Clarifications
Multiple amendments have been issued, with the latest (Amendment 4, dated February 13, 2026) updating the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 01), Questions and Answers (Attachment 10), and Grounds Maintenance Pictures (Attachment 11) to include the contractor storage area. The Q&A clarifies that there are no irrigation systems for contractor use, and contractors are responsible for their own equipment and parts. No site visit will be conducted. PPQ deadlines have been updated and must be submitted by the proposal due date.
