This is an amended combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items (RFQ Number N66604-26-Q-0263-0001) for the procurement of an Electronic Housing Assembly. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days.

• Lead Time: 18 weeks

• Shipping: Must be included and shipped within the United States.

• Drawings/Specifications: Provided upon request to entities with Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Drawings are Distribution D and export controlled.

• Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC): Level 2 (C3PAO) certification is required at time of quote and for award. Offerors must provide their CMMC Unique Identifier (UID).

• Data: Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for data per contract.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order.

• Period of Performance: 18 weeks lead time from date of award.

• F.O.B.: Destination, Newport, RI 02841.

• Payment: Via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror.

• Technical Acceptability Criteria:

  1. Provide required quantities.
  2. Have and maintain JCP certification.
  3. Have and maintain CMMC Level 2 (C3PAO) Certification.
  4. Past performance information within SPRS will be considered.

• Submission Deadline: Quotes must be submitted via email and received on or before April 28, 2026, by 1400 EST.

• Submission Requirements: Quote must include price, delivery terms, point of contact (phone and email), contractor CAGE code, and contractor UEI.

• Set-Aside: This procurement is 100% set aside for small business.
