Key services include:

  • Software Support: 365 days a year, including updates and enhancements. The software will operate independently, not connected to a network.
  • Hardware Support: Repair or replacement of the Electronic Key Storage System and its components (PC server, monitor, keyboard, fingerprint reader, mouse, printer), including shipping costs. The contractor must ensure the work site is cleaned post-installation/repair.
  • Warranty and Maintenance: Annual maintenance support for the contract duration, ensuring the system functions properly without physical security issues. The contractor must respond to inoperable system issues within four business days, with telephone support as the first line of assistance. Component replacements, if needed, will be coordinated and shipped by the contractor at no charge.
