Scope of Work
The requirement involves a comprehensive upgrade of the ESS at NCTS FE buildings B1942, B37, and C20. Key tasks include:
- Replacing the Johnson Controls P2000 system with the Johnson Controls CCURE system.
- Installation of specific components: 1 CCURE Server, 4 CCURE Client Workstations, 4 iSTAR Ultra controllers, 7 iSTAR Edge controllers, 50 Card Readers with Keypad (SIGNO 40K), and 1 CCURE 9000 License, along with various converters, modems, transformers, UPS, and HID readers.
- Collection and migration of user data and configurations from the P2000 system to CCURE.
- Installation of CCURE software and setup of control panel relays.
- Installation of iSTAR mainframe and a one-for-one swap of electronic door locks and proximity badge readers.
- Conducting operational verification testing of all new components.
- Proper disposal and recycling of removed P2000 equipment outside U.S. Government property.
