To provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, tools, and incidentals for scheduled and unscheduled elevator maintenance, required service, preventive maintenance (PM), maintenance control plan (MCP), emergency call service, and inspections for the Grand Prairie Office Complex.

• Provide comprehensive elevator maintenance, including management, supervision, labor, materials, repair parts, supplies, tools, and equipment.
