- Preventive Maintenance: Scheduled monthly, semi-annual, and annual inspections, including a required annual Bureau Veritas National Elevator Inspection Service.
- Emergency Call-Back Service: Response within 24 hours during regular working hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Federal Government working days) without additional charge.
- Documentation: Maintaining time tickets, a preventive maintenance schedule, work logs, and trouble logs in the elevator machine room, with quarterly and semi-annual reporting to the Government.
