Eligibility & Evaluation
This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must possess an active license to perform work in Washington, DC. Contractors and subcontractors must demonstrate at least seven years of professional experience in the Scope of Work, with electrical contractors requiring five years of experience in relevant electrical matters.
Proposals will be evaluated based on Technical Factors, Key Resume, Schedule, Past Performance, and Price. Technical Factors, Key Resume, Schedule, and Past Performance are significantly more important than Price. Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days.
