To procure a new, reliable 150kW Diesel Generator Set to provide backup power for the Cougar Adult Fish Collection Facility, ensuring continuity of operations during primary power failures, especially during critical fish migration seasons.

• Provide one (1) new 150kW Diesel Generator Set, complete with all specified components, features, and warranties.

• Includes delivery to the designated location, on-site commissioning and testing, operator training, drawings, and operation and maintenance manual.

• Generator Set: 150kW, 480/277 Volt, 3-Phase, 4-wire electrical system, EPA Certified for Stationary Emergency use, capable of full rating at 1,300 feet elevation.

• Physical Dimensions: Max 165" L x 45" W x 99" H. Must accommodate strict maintenance clearance requirements (85" total operational width on the right-hand side).

• Enclosure: Weather-protective, sound-attenuated (max 79 dBA at 23 ft), galvanized steel with corrosion-resistant coating, designed for 0°F to 122°F operation. Includes removable panels, enclosed exhaust, exterior drain access, interior lighting, and a 120VAC GFCI receptacle.

• Fuel Tank: Integrated, dual-wall, UL 142 Listed, 402-gallon capacity (395 usable gallons for 35 hours runtime at 100% load), with spill containment, low-level warning, leak detection, and remote monitoring capability.

• Engine: Turbocharged, air-to-air aftercooled, four-stroke-cycle, compression-ignition, with 120VAC Jacket Water Heater, closed crankcase ventilation, and filled with engine oil and extended-life coolant rated to -34°C.

• Electrical System: Permanent Magnet Excitation (PME) alternator, 100% rated 3-pole, 250-amp main circuit breaker, integrated UL-listed 10-amp battery charger.

• Control & Monitoring: Modbus RS-485 communication interface for SCADA integration, providing Generator Running Status, Common Fault Status, Engine Speed, Oil Pressure, Coolant Temperature, and Fuel Level.

• Safety: Insulated/enclosed/guarded moving parts, high-temperature, and energized components.

• EPA Certified for Stationary Emergency use.

• Manufacturer Experience: Minimum three years' experience for component manufacturers and the generator set assembler/manufacturer in commercial/industrial stationary diesel-engine generator sets.

• Warranty: 5-year / 2500-hour comprehensive extended service coverage plan, fulfilled by the original engine manufacturer.

• Commissioning: On-site startup, commissioning, and testing performed by a factory-certified technician.

• Submittals: Detailed drawings (starting, fuel, cooling, exhaust, lubrication, vibration isolation, safety, electrical schematics, panel layouts, mounting), operation and maintenance manual, maintenance manual, spare parts list, special tools, engine diagnostic software and hardware (5-year license).

• Shipping: Government not responsible for shipping costs; coordination required for crane support.
