Scope of Work
JPL is seeking capabilities for a comprehensive IT support solution. Key areas include:
- 24x7 Service Desk: Tier 0-2 support via multiple channels, leveraging AI agents.
- Advanced AI-enabled Tools: Integration of automation and AI, with cloud services requiring FedRAMP Moderate certification.
- On-site Deskside Support: Dedicated field agents, walk-up support, and hardware logistics.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Patch management, NIST 800-53 Rev. 5 compliance, vulnerability remediation.
- Endpoint Engineering: OS baseline management, tool management (MS Config Mgr, Jamf, Intune), deployment automation.
- Mobility Service Management: Carrier contract management, cost optimization, MDM using Microsoft Intune.
- ServiceNow Development: Platform sustainment, feature development (ITSM, HRSD, Service Catalog), integrations.
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Management: AWS Workspaces or alternative VDI solutions.
Note: Computer hardware procurement will be handled via a separate solicitation.
