Scope of Work
JPL is seeking information on vendor capabilities for a comprehensive Enterprise IT support solution, including:
- Service Desk Operations: 24x7x365 support (Tier 0-2) via multiple channels, including AI agents.
- Technology & Automation: Leveraging AI/automation, integrating ACD solutions, reporting, and Knowledge Base management.
- On-site Deskside Support: Dedicated field agents, walk-up support, and hardware logistics.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Patch management, NIST 800-53 Rev.5, NASA ASCS controls, vulnerability remediation.
- Endpoint Engineering: OS baseline management, tool management (MS Config Mgr, Jamf, Intune), deployment automation, Elevated Privilege Management, and pilot testing.
- Mobility Service Management: Managing carrier contracts, cost optimization, provisioning, and MDM using Microsoft Intune.
- ServiceNow Development: Platform sustainment, feature development (ITSM, HRSD, Service Catalog), integration, and customizations.
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Management: Managing AWS Workspaces or alternative VDI solutions, including image/profile management and cost optimization.
