Scope of Work

The planned SSV will cover a broad range of services throughout the employment lifecycle, from Entry on Duty through separation. Key services include:

  • Enterprise Program Management and Support
  • Occupational Health Screenings: Pre-placement, baseline, periodic, and exit assessments.
  • Specialized Screenings: Pre-employment mental health screening and specialized consults.
  • OSHA-Required Medical Surveillance Programs: Including Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Bloodborne Pathogens, Lead Exposure, Asbestos, and Hazardous Waste Operations (HAZWOPER).
  • Medical Examinations: Fitness-for-duty and independent medical examinations (IMEs).
  • Medical Surveillance Testing: Audiometry, spirometry, EKG, lab panels, TB tests, chest X-rays, vision.
  • Travel Health Services: Consults, vaccinations, medications, travel clearances.
  • Immunizations: Routine, occupational, post-exposure, and travel.
  • Wellness and Health Promotion Services.
  • Occupational Injury and Illness Evaluations.
  • Occupational Health Record Management: Fully operational FedRAMP-Ready system with secure web portal access, integration, and interoperability with DHS systems.
  • Service Delivery: Onsite/mobile outreach services and embedded clinic staffing where required.
  • Quality Management: Medical quality management, credentialing, and compliance with DHS directives.

Services must be available in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories, supporting a wide range of DHS personnel including Special Agents and Law Enforcement Officers.
