Contractors must demonstrate capabilities for multi-day, highly secure, and highly technical events with over 500 attendees. Specific requirements for both events include:
- Audio/Visual (A/V): Sound reinforcement, microphones, video feeds, cameras, broadcast switching, lighting, projection screens, and power distribution.
- Décor & Setup: Custom backdrops, G20 branding, hollow square tables, seating for delegates and backbenchers, lounge furniture, drapes, and prayer room provisions.
- Infrastructure: Venue infrastructure, internet connectivity/networking (in collaboration with Pinnacle Live), and rigging.
- Support Services: Simultaneous interpretation (for 6 languages), freight and trucking, labor, and transportation for delegations.
