Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive services for an 18 x 4 meter booth (11x4m for Agricultural Trade Office, 7x4m for Public Diplomacy). Key requirements include:
- Booth Design & Infrastructure: Unified visual concept, prominent "Freedom 250" logo, compliance with U.S. Department of State Brand System, display of ATO and Public Diplomacy logos, integrated lighting, and durable laminated flooring (installed by contractor on provided raised platform). Aldea Global provides the overhead structure and base.
- Specialized Areas: Includes a cooking demonstration area (with specific electrical equipment for microwaves and grills) and a visitor area with high-top counters.
- Utilities & Safety: Provision of sufficient 120V power, dedicated Wi-Fi (50 Mbps down/20 Mbps up), portable sink, and management of drainage. Adherence to a comprehensive Safety Management Plan, including US Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1 and Mexican industrial safety laws.
- Audio/Visual & Promotional: Sound system, microphones, megaphone, 20 hours of photography/videography, creation of social media and website videos, and digital content formatting for booth displays (including a 43-inch screen for the cooking station).
- Staffing & Operations: Two supervisors/managers and two staff members per shift for continuous coverage over 12 days, including opening/closing, cleaning, restocking, and equipment operation. Staff dress code: black dress pants and white button-down shirt.
- Logistics: Transportation, installation (setup June 7-9, 2026), on-site maintenance, and dismantling of all booth materials and equipment. A ~1x12 meter storage room, additional to the booth depth, will be provided.
