Contract Details
An RFP is anticipated under NAICS code 541512 (Computer System Design Services), with a size standard of $34.0 Million. The resulting contract is expected to be a base period of 12 months plus four 12-month option periods. The principal place of performance is Arlington, VA, with support required at various F-35 JPO operating sites globally.
Special Requirements
Key requirements include compliance with numerous DoD Directives, Instructions, and Manuals related to IT and cybersecurity, adherence to ITIL best practices, management of Government Furnished Property (GFP), and strict security protocols. Personnel will require SECRET and TOP SECRET clearances, Common Access Cards (CACs), and U.S. citizenship. On-site support during core hours, with potential for after-hours support, is expected. The contractor will be responsible for purchasing necessary IT equipment, and all Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) products and services must comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
