Scope of Work
The FARM III effort is a competitive, multiple-award IDIQ contract for design-build, construction, and two-phase design-build projects. The scope includes specialized mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, data, and control (ID&C) systems, and utilities. These projects will support plant and infrastructure sustainment, restoration, and modernization for military ground testing facilities at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) and its Geographically Separated Units (GSUs), including locations in California, Maryland, and New Mexico.
