Contractor Qualifications & Requirements
The previous solicitation sought contractors with seven or more years of experience in Bureau-funded schools and Tribal early learning home-based services, a Master's degree (Doctorate preferred) in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and experience with home visiting/family engagement programs. Requirements also included knowledge of culturally responsive practices, assessment tools (ASQ-3, ASQ:SE-2, PICCOLO), virtual TA delivery, and supporting cultural/language integration. Compliance with federal security (FISMA, FedRAMP, Section 508) and FERPA regulations, along with required travel, were also specified.
