Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and non-personal services for facilities alteration, repair, maintenance, and minor construction of infrastructure, facilities, and interior/exterior utility systems. This includes demolition, utility systems, grounds improvements, pavements, new equipment installation, and associated design/engineering work, all in compliance with Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS). This contract is not for Military Construction (MILCON) appropriations.
Specific project examples include:
- Roof Repairs (FEP-864): Demolition, installation of a new fully adhered metal roofing system, lightning protection system (LPS), and snow retention. Site and demolition plans are provided.
- Electrical Service Construction (FEP-863): Upgrading electrical service, including demolition, installation of new electrical components (e.g., Power Panel 2, surge suppression, receptacles, main service ground), wiring, labeling, and required studies (short-circuit/coordination, Arc Flash Risk Assessment). Electrical construction drawings are available.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
- Period of Performance: Five-year ordering period with an option to extend for six months.
- Estimated Value: Cumulative MATOC ceiling of $75 Million.
- Minimum Guarantee: $1,000.00 per awardee for the 5-year ordering period.

- Price Technical and Past Performance combined are more important than Price. Non-priced factors are equal in importance and, when combined, are more important than Cost/Price for both MATOC and Task Order awards. Offerors must be registered in SAM.
