Submission Requirements
Interested and responsible sources must submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on February 13, 2026. The email subject line must be: “SS-FSA-26-017Attn: CC/RN.” Submissions must include:
- Company name, location, contact information (POC name, email, phone), and business size (e.g., Small Business, 8(a)).
- UEI Number.
- Specific details of products/services offered relevant to this notice.
- Indication of whether services are available via a Government contract vehicle or Open Market.
- A brief capabilities statement (not exceeding 5 pages) detailing the company's standard line of business and a list of relevant customers.
Evaluation & Sole Source Intent
The Government will evaluate all received responses. However, the determination not to compete the proposed procurement is solely at the Government's discretion. If no written response is received by the deadline that clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements and is more advantageous to the Government, the Fiscal Service will proceed with a sole source award to Leased Housing Developers Company.
