Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services two days per week (Monday & Wednesday, excluding Federal Holidays) for the IBWC Amistad Field Office's New Operations and Maintenance Building (approximately 5000 sq. ft.). This includes:
- Areas to be cleaned: 11 offices, main entrance lobby, wrap-around hallway, conference room, break room, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower/locker room, and 1 reproduction room.
- Specific Services: Emptying trash, dusting all surfaces (desks, copy machines, cabinets, tables, appliances), sweeping and mopping floors, removing cobwebs, dusting window blinds and light covers, cleaning windowsills and Venetian blinds, and thorough cleaning/disinfecting of restrooms and shower/locker room.
- Periodic Services: Twice a year, strip and wax floors at the Recreation Hall.
- Restrictions: Do not move furniture or remove papers from desks.

Evaluation
Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) responsible offeror. Bidders must submit:
