Delivery Requirements

Certified religious diet items must be marked with the Kosher Symbol and comply with BOP National Menu Specifications. All items are subject to close inspection and conditional receipt for up to three days for examination. Unacceptable items must be picked up by the vendor within two days of notification, or they will be disposed of within two weeks.
