Offerors are required to complete their representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) per FAR 52.212-3.
Delivery Requirements
Deliveries must be palletized unless otherwise arranged. Specific temperature requirements apply: non-frozen perishables (34-40°F), canned goods (above 34°F and not frozen), and frozen foods (0°F or below). Products showing signs of prior thawing will be refused. All items are subject to close inspection and testing. Unacceptable items must be picked up by the vendor within two days of notification; unclaimed products will be disposed of after two weeks.
