Submissions must be typed on the attached SF 1449, include the Solicitation Number (15B51826Q00000008), the Quoter's Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and a point of contact. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and complete representations and certifications via ORCA.
Award will be based on a Best Value Determination, considering price and past performance as approximately equal factors, along with the technical acceptability of the items. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards.
