Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to bhornsby@bop.gov. Submissions must be typed on the attached specification sheet (BRQ, SF 1449 - REQUEST FOR QUOTATION) and include the Solicitation Number (15B51826Q00000009 Kosher and Halal), the Quoter's Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and vendor point of contact. Do not bid on alternate items or packaging.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote(s) are considered most advantageous to the Government, utilizing a Best Value Determination. Evaluation factors include Price and Past Performance, which are considered approximately equal in value. Past performance will assess timeliness of delivery, providing correct products, completing orders, and correct quantities. Technical acceptability of items will also be considered. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards.
Eligibility & Requirements
