• Potential bidders must be registered in the SAM.gov database and have completed the annual Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.

• Bidders should include their Unique Entity ID (UEI) number in their offers.

• All future information, including amendments, will be distributed through SAM.gov.
