Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted using the Standard Form 1449 and the National/Kosher Menu Specifications Quote Sheets, with all pricing, item descriptions, and case counts entered on the quote sheets. Emailed quotations are accepted at dtydlacka@bop.gov and cvalderas@bop.gov. Submissions can also be mailed via USPS to P.O. Box 26015, Beaumont, Texas 77720-6015, or delivered by carrier to 5980 Knauth Road, Beaumont, Texas 77705. Faxed quotations and photocopies are not accepted. All communications regarding the RFQ must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price (Technically Acceptable) and Past Performance. A sample of the food product may be requested prior to award. All potential quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number.
