Offerors are advised to review both the Q&A document and the amendment in full, as they contain important clarifications and updates to the solicitation requirements.
The Government will accept follow-up questions; however, such questions shall be limited to matters directly related to the Government’s responses in the Q&A. The original deadline for general questions has passed, and no new questions unrelated to the Q&A responses will be considered. The Government reserves the right to respond to follow-up questions at its sole discretion and may decline to answer any question that it determines falls outside the scope of the Q&A responses or is otherwise not necessary for the fair and transparent conduct of this procurement. All follow-up questions must be submitted to opmcontracting@opm.gov no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time on October 31, 2025.
