FOH provides comprehensive occupational health services (OHS) to over 1 million federal employees across various agencies through Interagency Agreements (IAAs). The contractor's role will be to facilitate FOH service delivery by providing PerSCs.
Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide PerSCs, including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses, to deliver FOH services at Service Provision Sites (SPSs) within the FOH Clinical Western Region (including states like AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, NM, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA). Services encompass:
- Clinical Health Services (CHS): Occupational health examinations, immunizations, screenings, case reviews, travel medicine, and health education.
- Environmental Health and Safety Services (EHSS): Site assessments and emergency preparedness.
- Wellness and Health Promotion Services (WHPS): Fitness classes and wellness programs.
- Behavioral Health Services (BHS): Employee assistance and work/life services. PerSCs must possess appropriate credentials, licensure, certifications, and general computer literacy, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems knowledge.

- Complete answers to all questions in the attached "RFI Questions – Clinical West" document, covering management infrastructure, GSA contracts, NAICS codes, geographic experience, commerciality, subcontracting plans, lead time, personnel security, and TJC certifications.
