Purpose & Background
FOH provides defined health services and consultation to Federal customer agencies through Interagency Agreements (IAAs), supporting over 1 million federal employees. This Sources Sought is for project planning purposes, seeking information on potential vendor interest and capabilities to continue providing clinical staffing for the Clinical West Region. The contractor's primary role will be to facilitate the delivery of FOH services by providing PerSCs.
Scope of Work
PerSCs will support FOH's comprehensive occupational health services, including:
- Clinical Health Services (CHS): Medical examinations, immunizations, health screenings, case reviews, travel medicine, and consulting.
- Environmental Health and Safety Services (EHSS): Site assessments and emergency preparedness.
- Wellness and Health Promotion Services (WHPS): Fitness classes and wellness programs.
- Behavioral Health Services (BHS): Employee assistance programs and stress management.
Services will be performed at FOH Service Provision Sites (SPSs) throughout the FOH Clinical Western Region, which includes Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, New Mexico, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Required personnel include physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses, among other support staff.
Anticipated Contract Details
