This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products for Soil and Moisture Conservation Fencing Material for the Anadarko Agency. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order.

• The solicitation requires the procurement of fencing material, specifically: 12.5 gauge 2 point Barb wire (1320 ft), 6ft 1.33 lb/ft Steel T-Post, and Clips for T-Post.

• Delivery is anticipated by March 31, 2026.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest price - technically acceptable. Technically unacceptable quotes will NOT be considered for award.

• Submission Requirements: Include Company Information (Unique Entity ID, Business Mailing Address, Contact Name/Phone/Email), RFQ Number, Quote Number, Quote Date, and Pricing. A signed and completed IEE Representation Form must also be submitted.

• This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).

• NAICS Code: 332618 (Other Fabricated Wire Product Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of $19 Million.

• Inquiries must be submitted by January 28, 2026, 2:00 PM EST.

• Attachments include Specs and the IEE Representation Form.
