- Collection and submission of electronic fingerprints via the DCSA SWFT system.
- Collection and submission of ink fingerprints on various cards, meeting U.S. State requirements.
- Providing accessible fingerprint collection sites across the specified U.S. territories.
- Developing and maintaining a web registration process for applicants.
- Providing an electronic portal for DHA requesters to query applicant information, verify statuses, and generate reports.
- Ensuring 98% of submitted fingerprints are of DCSA-acceptable quality.
