- Inspection, testing, and maintenance of the EST3 Fire Alarm and Detection System.
- Inspection, testing, and maintenance of 13 sprinkler zones and 4 exterior fire hydrants.
- Testing of peripheral devices for Fire Alarm and Detection Systems.
- Documentation of all inspections, tests, and deficiencies. All work must comply with NFPA 72 (fire alarm systems) and NFPA 25 (water-based fire protection systems). Technicians must be certified, factory-trained, and NICET certified.

- Performance Hours: Normal service calls Monday-Friday, 0600-1600 local time (excluding federal holidays). Emergency service 24/7 with a 4-hour acknowledgment and 24-hour on-site response. Night operations (2200-0400) may be required.
