  • Staging hose racks and fire apparatuses at a concrete pad behind Fire Station 1.
  • Providing all necessary equipment for testing, including hose testing machines, pumps, and calibrated pressure gauges.
  • Replacing gaskets and re-banding/numbering hoses as required.
  • Removing all debris and waste from the work site.
  • All testing and reports must be completed by October 30, 2026.
