This amendment, "Amendment 01," dated April 27, 2026, modifies solicitation N4008526R0052, originally dated April 25, 2026.

• Section J - List of Attachments: The attachment "J-0200000-06 Proposal Pricing" has been added.

This amendment does not appear to alter proposal deadlines or evaluation factors, but it does add a new attachment related to proposal pricing.

Sources Sought Notice

This notice is for market research purposes to identify potential offerors for fire detection and suppression systems. The government is determining if a small business set-aside is appropriate for this procurement. This is NOT a request for proposal, quote, or bid.

The work includes furnishing labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidental engineering for:

• Fire alarm and Detection Systems (Conventional and Addressable)

• Fire Suppression Systems (Pre-Action Automatic Sprinkler, Wet/Dry pipe Automatic Sprinkler, Clean Agent, Carbon Dioxide (CO2), and Fire and Smoke Barrier Opening Protection). A complete list of specifications will be included in the future solicitation.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price/Non-Recurring

• Period of Performance: Base year plus four (4) twelve-month option years, not to exceed sixty (60) months total. An additional six (6) month extension may be required under the Option to Extend Services Clause.

• Estimated Annual Size Standard: $25,000,000.00
