Key changes include:

• Site Visit: The in-person site visit has been rescheduled to 19 March 2026 at 1:00 PM CST. It will be held at 2416 S. Falcon Blvd., Peoria, IL 61607, Bldg. 728, Room 18. Contractors must notify Jason Shallenberger and Nicholas Marzinzik of their anticipated attendance.

• Response Due Date: The deadline for submitting offers has been extended to 6 April 2026 at 4:00 PM CST.

• Questions Due Date: All questions must be submitted by 31 March 2026 at 12:00 PM CST.

• The date for the site visit has been changed.

• The response due date and time have been updated.

• The deadline for submitting questions has been clarified.

• Addenda to FAR Part 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) and FAR Part 52.212-2 (Evaluation) have been modified.

• The proposal submission deadline has been extended.

• The deadline for submitting questions has been moved up.

• The mandatory site visit date has been changed, and attendance is required for technical acceptability.

• The solicitation is for commercial fitness equipment, including trade-in credits. Quotations for "equal" products must provide sufficient technical documentation. Trade-in equipment removal must be performed by the contractor at no additional cost and the vehicle must have a lift-gate. Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) equipment is required, with a one-year parts warranty. Failure to attend the mandatory site visit will result in technical unacceptability.

• Evaluation will be based on Technical Performance (acceptability based on specific questions, including site visit attendance), Pricing (reasonableness, completeness, balance), and Past Performance (used as a tie-breaker).

• Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Alt-1 and address items in the addenda. FAR 52.212-4 applies.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation (W50S7T26QA001) is for the procurement of commercial fitness equipment. The government is seeking quotations for specific fitness equipment items, with the option for "equal" products, provided sufficient technical documentation is submitted to demonstrate compliance with salient characteristics. Trade-in credits for specified equipment are also included.

• Procurement of various commercial fitness equipment items, detailed in CLINs 0001 through 0049.

• Equipment must meet specified salient characteristics; failure to provide sufficient technical documentation for "equal" products will result in technical unacceptability.

• Equipment, to the maximum extent possible, shall be certified pre-owned (CPO) and include a minimum one (1) year parts warranty.

• CPO equipment must be professionally inspected, refurbished, and certified by the OEM or a qualified commercial dealer/refurbisher. It must be fully functional, structurally sound, safe for commercial use, and refurbished with OEM or equivalent replacement parts.

• Minor cosmetic wear consistent with prior commercial use is acceptable, but equipment must be free of excessive corrosion, cracks, or structural damage.

• Trade-in equipment removal and delivery must be performed by the contractor at no additional cost, with the vehicle equipped with a lift-gate.

  • Pricing (Reasonableness, Completeness, Balance - evaluated only for technically acceptable offers).
  • Past Performance (Used as a tie-breaker only).

• A mandatory site visit is required for all quoters to obtain information relevant to pricing and trade-in valuation. Failure to attend will render the quotation technically unacceptable.

• This acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

• Offerors must include all requested documents and information.

• The government is not obligated to answer questions.

• Quoters are encouraged to present their best quote and prices in their initial submission.
