Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for manufacturing "Fitting, Lubrication" in accordance with SAE AS15004 Part Number AS15004-3, with specific amplifications. Key requirements include:

- Material Purity: Components must be mercury-free.
- Configuration Control: Maintain equipment baseline, provide proprietary design drawings in electronic (C4) format. All waivers, deviations, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) require Government review and approval.
- Quality System: Implement and maintain a quality system compliant with ISO-9001 (amplified/modified) and calibration systems per ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025. An alternate system per MIL-I-45208 with MIL-STD-45662 is acceptable.
- Government Quality Assurance: Subject to Government Quality Assurance at source, requiring notification to DCMA or local Government representatives.
