• Paint selection and finish must comply with the Master Painters Institute (MPI) standards.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This project involves maintenance repainting and repairs to floors, walls, and ceilings in two bunkhouses and one residence at the US Forest Service's Condon, MT work center. The work locations are currently unoccupied housing units.

• Scrub and clean wall surfaces and cavities to remove mildew.

• Install gypsum board.

• Paint interior walls and ceilings.

• Install linoleum flooring.

• Screen, sand, and seal maple floors.

• Paint all interior and exterior doors.

• Repair flood damage to walls and floors in a bedroom and laundry room.

• Repair basement walls and ceilings.

• Repaint interior and exterior doors and door trim.

• The performance period is 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
