This solicitation (RFQ FA487726QA093) is for the procurement of fleet air compressors for Nellis Air Force Base for FY26. The government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for two specific items:

• 0001 - Gardner Denver Model L22 L-Series Oil-Flooded Rotary Air Compressor (Fixed Speed, 30HP, 130 PSIG, 460Tri-Volt/3PH/60Hz, 120 Gallon Tank Mounted Rotary, Three Valve Bypass Refrigerated Dryer, Coalescing Filter, 115 Volt, Electric Tank Drain or equivalent)
• 0002 - Oil Water Separator Model GDP-350 or equivalent

Shipping and delivery are FOB Destination to Nellis AFB, Nevada.

• The government will issue a purchase order to the offeror whose quote meets the lowest price and technical capability.

• Technical acceptability is defined by the offeror's capability statement to meet defined products within the Statement of Work.

• The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, DFARS effective November 10, 2025, and DAFFARS effective October 16, 2024.

• A Real ID requirement is in effect for base access, effective May 7, 2025.

• Contractors shall not provide any service or product that requires the use of Class I Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS).

• This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• North American Industry Classification System Code: 333912 – “Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing” (size standard of 1000 Employees).

• The contract type will be firm-fixed-price purchase order.

• Past Performance will not be evaluated.
