Additional Notes
- Aircraft Inspection: TPS will send inspectors to the vendor's facility prior to contract award to determine eligibility, with corrective actions allowed. Inspections will occur every 2 years or as needed, following USAF Airworthiness Bulletin AWB-340A.
- Fuel: TPS will provide JetA fuel at Edwards AFB. AVGAS (100LL) operations will occur from Mojave Airport until TPS can provide it at Edwards AFB.
- Training Volume: Typical class size is 24 students, with 2 classes per year, expecting a minimum of 48 sorties annually, plus 5-10 additional sorties for staff.
- Submission: Quotes must be submitted via email to both Brianna Vicsotka (brianna.vicsotka.1@us.af.mil) and Carlos Barrera (carlos.barrera.8@us.af.mil). Maximum email file size is 10MB. Oral offers are not accepted.
