Scope of Work

Additionally, routine landscape and grounds maintenance services are required. Specific tasks include cleaning storm drains, grading berms, managing stormwater flow, general landscaping, bi-weekly ground-keeping, power washing sidewalks, and refreshing mulch. The contractor must develop and implement preventative maintenance and landscaping plans, and provide technical support for installed parts and equipment. Services must adhere to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 for commercial services.

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose submission conforms to solicitation requirements and is deemed Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Quotations must include pricing in accordance with the provided schedule, demonstrate technical acceptability, and include past performance information. A mandatory site visit for the prime contractor is required to verify existing site conditions; failure to attend will result in a non-responsive quotation.

The Sacred Oaks Healing Center is a residential behavioral health treatment facility for Native American/Alaskan Native youths. Attachments to the solicitation include Stormwater and Landscape as-built drawings, O&M Manuals, and photos of existing conditions. The prime contractor must perform at least 51% of the total contract value with its own employees.
