Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive general administrative support services. Key tasks include:
- Office Operations: Operating office equipment, filing, word processing, mail distribution, reception, screening calls and visitors, and providing telephone coverage (Monday-Friday, 0800-1600 local time).
- Meeting & Event Support: Arranging meetings, preparing agendas, security clearances, and briefing materials.
- Data Management & Reporting: Data entry for reports, charts, and metrics; preparing monthly progress, status, management, and financial reports (funding, labor, Other Direct Costs (ODCs)); providing personnel rosters; and reporting on contractor organization and policies. Specific deliverables include CDRLs A001-A007.
- Personnel & Training: Notifying the Government of contractor entry/separation, tracking mandatory training completion, assisting with travel arrangements and claims, and reviewing travel documentation.
- Logistics & Records: Inputting shipping data into Navy ERP, compiling supply orders, and performing records management tasks.
- Facility Support: Assisting with building representative duties for facility maintenance and safety, and coordinating office relocations via ServiceNow.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Level-of-Effort (CPFF LOE).
- Award Basis: Best value/trade-off.
- Period of Performance: Anticipated to include a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.
- Set-Aside: SBA-certified 8(a) program participants.
- Eligibility: Exclusively open to active SeaPort-NxG MAC Prime holders. Proposals from non-MAC holders will not be evaluated.

Performance Location
Services will primarily be performed at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, Norco, CA 92860. The Level of Effort document indicates potential labor presence at various government sites across CA, SC, NC, NV, FL, VA, and AZ.
Special Requirements
