- Warranty: Minimum 12-month warranty covering parts and labor, including unlimited telephone/e-mail support, on-site repairs, and at least one preventative maintenance visit.
- Documentation: Installation/Operation Qualification (IQ/OQ) certification, instrument manuals, and user training certificates.
- Logistics: Inside delivery, shipping, and disposal of all packaging materials in San Juan, PR.
