  • CLIN 0002 (Optional): Thirty (30) Veeam Software Warranties for four (4) additional years. The warranty is subscription-based and includes 24/7 Production Support, with additional years requiring annual renewal. All hardware must be new production. Delivery for both CLINs is required as soon as possible, with offerors proposing specific delivery dates. Packaging must comply with ASTM D 3951-15 and MIL-STD-129R, with Wood Packaging Material meeting ISPM 15 standards.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements

Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and include their Unique Entity Identification code. Submissions must include completed copies of FAR 52.212-3, 52.204-24, and 52.204-26. Crucially, offerors must meet Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 (Self-Assessment) and provide the CMMC unique identifier (UID) from SPRS in their quote. Failure to provide the UID and confirmation of CMMC Level 1 will result in ineligibility for award.

Evaluation Criteria

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is deemed the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Evaluation factors include:
