To establish a reliable and responsive maintenance program for six (6) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) owned fork trucks at Rock Island Arsenal, ensuring continuous availability for mission operations. This includes the immediate repair of one disabled TCM fork truck (Model FCG25N6, Serial Number 48802042).

• Provide preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective repair services for six fork trucks.

• Services include labor, tools, equipment, materials, and parts.

• Maintain a service log for each fork truck.

• Provide a quarterly summary report to the Government POC.

• Period of Performance: Up to thirty-six (36) months, including a 12-month base period and up to two 12-month option periods.

• Place of Performance: On-site at Rock Island Arsenal, unless otherwise authorized.

• Contractor technicians must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience.

• Technicians must be eligible for access to Department of Defense (DoD) facilities.
