- Structure Cleaning, Light Maintenance, and Janitorial Services

Emphasis is placed on maintaining the cemetery with utmost dignity and respect, adhering to the "Dignity Clause" which prohibits walking/driving on headstones and outlines procedures for handling exposed remains. Services are subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA), and construction efforts are subject to the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA).
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Hybrid Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
- Period of Performance: A 12-month base year plus four (4) 12-month option years.
- Value: Guaranteed Minimum of $10,000.00, with a Maximum Aggregate Value of $6,000,000.00.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically in two separate parts: Part I (Price) and Part II (Technical). Key submission requirements include:
- Completed and signed SF 1449 with a fully priced schedule.
- Acknowledgement of all amendments.
- New Mexico certifications for personnel applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.

- A draft Quality Control Plan (QCP) and a draft Grounds Management Plan (GMP).
