Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all management, supervision, and execution for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of approximately 80 miles of perimeter fence and associated gates. Key requirements include:
- Maintenance & Repair: Addressing breaches, repairing posts, rails, and tension wires, and ensuring structural integrity.
- Clear Zone Maintenance: Maintaining a 4-foot clear zone on both sides of the fence with a 10-foot vertical clearance, including tree trimming and vegetation removal.
- Inspections: Monthly comprehensive inspections of all fencing and gates with immediate reporting of security breaches.
- Vegetation & Erosion Control: Weekly vegetation management, herbicide application (by licensed applicators), and repairing eroded areas to original slope.
- Emergency Response: 24/7 response for Priority 1 service calls within 2 hours.
